We are a Christ centered business
For other foundation can no man lay than that is laid, which is Jesus Christ ~ 1 Corinthians 3:11
Christ-Centered Principles for Individuals and Business Owners
The core principles of a Christ-centered business are familiar to anyone who reads the Scriptures. They’re not all that different from the principles of a Christ-centered household, though their application obviously varies.

Core Principles
When business organizations commit themselves to the pursuit of excellence, they exalt the Word of God. That ye may approve things that are excellent; that ye may be sincere and without offence till the day of Christ ~ Philippians 1:10
We believe that from God’s perspective, business exists to serve the community in two key respects: First, business serves by creating economic value in the form of products and services that enable the community to flourish. Second, business serves by providing opportunities for individuals to express aspects of their God-given identities in meaningful and creative work.
Expanded Principles
Trust in God ~ trusting Him completely through the challenges and storms of life. Humility ~ In Scripture, we see humility as a quality that is very near and dear to the Heart of God. Integrity ~ Integrity is something that must be at our core, residing in our hearts. In a broken, sinful, and dying world, men and women in Christ must be models of integrity and face life with the biblical principles the scriptures impart to us. Courage ~ When our faith and character are challenged, where do we stand? Fellowship ~ Physically, mentally, and spiritually we were created to be with others. The importance of Biblical fellowship is literally lifesaving. Kindness ~ As Christ’s hands and feet here on this Earth, what an opportunity we have to be kind and demonstrate His love for the world to see. Thankfulness ~ An unmeasurable gratitude for the finished work of Christ on the cross. How Christ died for our sins, was buried, and was raised on the third day for our salvation 1 Corinthians 15:1-4 (Our Gospel). Giving ~ not reluctantly or under compulsion – a life of service toward others – for the Lord loves a cheerful giver.
Commitment to People
create opportunities and an environment for our team to fulfill their needs and to bring out the very best in them.
Commitment to Values
We don’t charge a penny or make any salary deductions for on-premise childcare for our employees. Raising a family can be hard enough without an additional financial burden.
Education
We would rather hire internally than externally, so bettering our employees if they desire something more comes at no cost, and we integrate it into their working day.
Accountability
In our company, we make sure that we are giving priority to the voice of counsel from those who share our Christian values in business and in life.
